Cancellation Polity

Bark Park Inn requires a $25 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for all first time customers and all holiday boarding reservations. Click here for more information about holiday boarding.


**Effective January 1st, 2025**

  •  ALL reservations occurring during non-peak dates will require a $25 deposit.
  • ALL reservations occurring during peak dates will require a $50  deposit.

Cancellation Polity

Customers can cancel a reservation at any time. If the reservation in question required a deposit, the deposit is forfeit upon cancellation of the reservation.


**Effective January 1st, 2025**

  • Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a refund of their deposit.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for a refund of their deposit.

If a customer fails to cancel a reservation and does not drop their pet off (aka no call/no show) three (3) or more times, a deposit will be required to finalize all future reservations.
