Vaccine Requirements

All dogs must be up to date on the following vaccines:

• Rabies
• Distemper/parvo (DHLPP; DA2PP; DHPPV; DA2PPV)
• Bordetella (required annually)

Recommended but not required:

• Leptospirosis
• Canine influenza
• Flea and tick preventative

Vaccine information can be submitted through the customer portal or sent to barkparkinn@shots.pet

All cats must be up to date on the following vaccines:

• Rabies
• FVRCP (Feline viral rhinotracheitis/caliciviruspanleukopenia)

Recommended but not required:

• Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV)
• Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
• Flea and tick preventative
