New customers are required to create a profile for themselves and their pet(s) through our customer portal.

Customers are recommended to submit vaccine information at the time they register.

New canine and feline clients must be spayed or neutered by 10 months of age. 

Any new canine or feline clients that are 10 months of age or older that have not been spayed or neutered will not be accepted for boarding.

Bark Park Inn is not accepting new canine or feline clients that are 13 years of age or older. We recommend speaking with your vet about boarding, seeking out a facility that offers specialized senior boarding accommodations, or utilizing qualified in-home pet care.

Bark Park Inn is not accepting new canine clients that are dog reactive/aggressive or human aggressive. If you're unsure if your dog would be considered dog or human aggressive, please contact Bark Park Inn to speak with our staff. We may recommend a trail stay of 2-3 nights to determine your dog's eligibility for future boarding. 

Bark Park Inn does not offer canine social interaction, otherwise known as group play. While many dogs enjoy group play, just as many dogs are more selective about their canine friends. We respect that each dog is an individual and have chosen not to offer group play.

Dogs must be owned by the same individual in order to participate in play time together.

Bark Park Inn does not accept the following breeds:

• Great Dane
• Formosan (Taiwanese) Mountain Dog
• Wolf dogs or wolf hybrids of any content
